Can’t thank these guys enough for the awesome customer service and attention they gave to me after my truck was having issues on a long road trip. Shoutout to Susan at the front desk, she’s a badass for looking out for me and helping me navigate the issues with honesty and care, and made sure i wasn’t getting cheated (AND made sure the mechanics double checked everything because i was going to be on the road a while). Reggie and Jason and all the guys in the shop did great work and took my concerns seriously. EZ (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was also so kind and sympathetic. In a world of auto shops that want to screw you over, Zip Zap is a place that offers honest advice and some seriously unmatched customer service!!

Use to save me time to get my tires filled with air here for 5$. Went recently, paid, guy filled 3 of my tires & went to get his boss and 3 guys came to my car and after I asked what? They said they couldn’t do the last one cause the rubber on the inside of the valve is coming out… I book an appointment 2 hours later at discount tire, went. They told me it was the rubber to the cap… just pulled it off and they had to refill ALL my tires cause they were too All still low they said. 5$, 3 guys, & they didn’t completely fill them.

Hands down an amazing experience!! Susan kept me inform with my repairs and my timeframe of them getting done. They got the parts and had them installed a day earlier than expected, will be using them for any future repairs as they have been phenomenal!! 5 stars all day!!

I couldn't recommend a better place for auto repairs. Susan was phenomenal!! I was anxious, and stressed, and panicking. She held my hand and walked me through the process seamlessly, even helping me arrange short term financing to help me get to pay day. They had my car in and fixed within hours. Highly recommend!!!!!

Traveling from California to Wyoming when my suspension went out on my Silverado. Stopped in and they got the parts and fixed my truck. Same day service. Susan at the front desk was amazing. Price was a grand less than other shops in Vegas. Friendly and professional service. Definitely recommend!

My radiator blew out while visiting Las Vegas. On a Sunday, Zip Zap got a new radiator and got it installed the same day saving our family vacation. Great service!

i’ve been going here since the beginning of this year and i just wanna say i REALLY appreciate this shop! Although my car seems to love the shop as well (HAHA IM TIRED) they’ve helped me a lot. They don’t low-blow you at all and are very honest! Suzan, is absolutely THE BEST! She will not sugar coat anything and she WILL help you and tell you everything you NEED to hear. as much as you probably don’t want to hear the bad news about your car, like i said they are honest. SUZAN I LOVE YOU MAMA! I APPRECIATE YOU! As well as Reggie for dealing with my car ALLLLL the time. I JUST KNOW he’s tired of seeing my car there. But THANK YOU! 10/10 highly recommend to go to Zip Zap Auto! they do an amazing job for what they do❤️ especially dealing with this Vegas heat. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! Trust me y’all!

This place is a joke. I went in for a diagnostic, they told me my car which was making a knocking sound needed new control arms. They quoted me close to $2000. I went to another mechanic he did it for $600 plus parts. $760 total. Parts were only $160. They wanted $300 for each control arm. Since they already diagnosed the issue and had quite a lot of 5 star reviews I didn’t have the other mechanic diagnose the issue. I just ordered the parts and had him change the control arms out. The control arms on the vehicle were worn a bit but would have lasted at least a year or two my mechanic told me. It was a 12 year old Nissan Rouge. Now I was out $760 to fix a problem that had nothing to do with the knocking noise. Zip Zap never bothered to drive the car or they would have known it wasn’t the control arms making the knocking sound. I took the vehicle to another mechanic I trusted and in 30 mins he found that it was actually worn out motor mount bushings. I told Zip Zap this and they said they would take the $600 (labor cost) I spent on the control arm replacement off of fixing the motor mount issue which they wanted $1900 to do. I obviously refused that and went with my mechanic. He only charged me $900 total. I spoke with Susan over there who was very nice but didn’t seem to be able to make a decision on how they could make things right without asking someone else. The employees wouldn’t give me her last name claiming they were new. (They were not new). Then a man named Brian called me to discuss the situation. I forgot to ask his last name. When I came to the shop and asked for his last name they wouldn’t give it to me and the staff claimed they didn’t know his last name. They also would not tell me the owners name. Super shady. In the end this guy Brian said all he could do is refund me the $120 for the original diagnostic fee for the incorrect diagnoses. I went in to get the vehicle and they wanted me to sign a document stating I refused the repairs. They must have been thinking I would just sign and not read it. They inserted a paragraph stating that by signing the document I agreed not to leave or have anyone else leave or write a negative review about Zip Zap auto. This guy Brian told the staff not to provide me a refund unless I signed the form. I refused to sign it. I don’t want anyone else to get taken by this shady company. Also if you look at their reviews carefully many of the seem fake. Look how often people add short 5 star reviews. Most have barely if any other reviews on Google. Also note they get reviews almost every single day. Sometimes 3 or 4 a day. This seems unlikely. Sort the Google reviews by 1 star to get a clear picture of how this company operates.

Brought my Chrysler 200 in due to my motor mounts going out. They installed the three motor and transmission mounts as a set and resolved my shaking car. It would shake so bad at red lights and now it drives perfect again.

Heading to Utah on a last minute trip and needed my oil changed. Zip Zap was fast and got me done at 3am while I waited eating ice cream in the waiting room. Cool vibes and fast service. 💯
